I've been seeing Amy intermittently for a some time, and I couldn’t recommend her enough. From the very first session, Amy created a safe and non-judgmental space where I felt comfortable opening up about my struggles. Amy listen’s attentively and ask’s insightful questions that really helped me gain a deeper understanding of my emotions and behavior. Amy’s approach is compassionate yet direct, and she has given me practical tools that have made a huge difference in managing my anxiety and stress. I leave each session feeling more empowered and with a clearer sense of direction. If you're looking for a therapist who is both warm and highly skilled, Amy is a great choice

Amy has been my absolute fairy godmother the past 3 months, and has absolutely been invaluable in helping me recognise that i do deserve to love and respect myself, the difference between my own thoughts and echoes of comments from people on my past; essentially that I have a voice and a choice - something I'd long forgotten. Thank you Amy!

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.
