I believe in the healing and transformative power of counselling and want to provide a sanctuary for any who might benefit from it. I frequently work with depression, anxiety, stress and other common mental health issues, as well as empowering people to learn more about themselves. I can help with relationship difficulties, bullying, anger management, loneliness and abuse.
I have experience in exploring topics of identity, including but not limited to self-esteem, self-image, spirituality and faith, sexuality and gender.
Through my work with young people and my own experiences, I can also help with issues of particular relevance to today's world, including responses to social media and gaming.
My role as counsellor is to help light the way as we help you to connect with the best version of yourself. I believe in shaping counselling relationships unique to each client and their needs. Every person is unique, and only by acknowledging our differences can we truly bring our vision of others into sharp focus.
I work to a high professional standard but believe therapy needn't be intimidating. Learning more about ourselves and making positive steps can be rewarding and I aim to make counselling something to be proud of.
As an integrative counsellor I work with several approaches to create a counselling experience suited to my clients and their needs. This includes both a person-centred approach, looking at where you stand in the here and now, as well as a psychodynamic approach, exploring your history and relationships to discover your unconscious.
By being seen and heard in a safe environment, we can open the door for you to embrace your inner self and to show it to the world.
I am a member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (MBACP) with a Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling.

Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.
