Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.

I like working with Jodie so far, she seems like a very open and non judgemental person.
Jodie has only been my therapist for a short time, but I can tell already that she will be a big help, given the time. She is quick to respond, very encouraging, and very supportive. She is kind and compassionate also. Truly a wonderful person to have in your mental health journey! 10/10 recommend
I came to Jodie when I was at my worst mentally. She helped me understand what my issues were. She listened, provided feedback, gave me some insight and was very understanding and showed me a lot of empathy. I would recommend her to everyone!

Jodie is the best thing that has happened to me in years!
In the short time i’ve known Jodie, she has been wonderful, understanding, caring and empathetic among other things. She is also professional and an extremely knowledgeable woman in her field

Compassionate, caring, and attentive!
Jodie is supportive, attentive and an active listener. Jodie providers tools, information and individual support that makes me feel like I'm not alone in facing the reasons for why I have come to therapy. She plays an active role, checks in and shows care and empathy for her clients. She stands out from other therapists I have visited in the past. I cannot recommend Jodie enough. 10/10 does not do her justice.
Jodie has a huge selection of knowledge, and has been immensely supportive through all the chaos in my life. They have a wide range of resources and have given me tools beyond what I could have expected to help me outside of my sessions. Very highly recommended!
Jodie has been super helpful from the beginning
Jodie is very attentive, mindful, and super understanding. I really appreciate her kind words and support. My session with her felt like a judge-free zone. I felt welcomed to open up to her about things that I usually am not comfortable discussing with friends or family.

Jodie is a Great therapist, touches base frequently to see how I am doing and our first video therapy session was good and I felt much better after talking through some events and feelings.

Jodi listens and offers multiple options for help.
Jodie is a delight to have on your side! She is responsive and encouraging, and doesn’t mind if I’m feeling cynical and negative or simply want help with prioritising my to-do list. Her experience as a debt counsellor has been especially helpful for me. After our sessions all the overwhelming things feel manageable again and I feel motivated to get through another week. Highly recommended!
I feel very comfortable with her. I like her energy !
This is my first experience with any form of therapy and I truly think that it could not have gone any better with her. 100/10 completely!

Jodie is spectacular. She engages you into conversation but also listens to what you have to say. Shenis attentive and genuinely cares about her patient's wellbeing. I am very happy to have her be my therapist!
She is understanding and amazing in every way.
Thank you for listening
Jodie is a fantastic compassionate professional and she is a wonderful human being. She’s positive and professional and just incredible. I feel so much better!
When I started therapy I explained to Jodie that there were specific practical steps that I needed to address, as well as unpicking of traumas. She has been skilled at allowing me to balance both, without feeling capsized by either one. She is positive and professional, caring and empowering. Highly recommend.
