I am a BACP member therapist in the UK with 7 years of counselling experience. I am also an experienced IT professional and have my own family experience to draw on. I have experience in helping clients with coping with addictions, workplace difficulties, personal/sexual identity, relationship issues, family conflicts, & trauma and abuse. I have also worked with many people who want to make changes in their lives for the better whether it be their family/personal life or their careers.

I'll work with you to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgement. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage and may be a difficult decision to make. However I will always try to make sure you feel it is a decision worth making and try to encourage you and make you feel valued and honour your choice to invest in yourself!

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.
