Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Julie was fantastic, she listened intently and challenged me in all of the right ways. She was an excellent sounding board for me when working through difficult times!
I have been in therapy with Julie for a month and I felt was the right choice for me since the first meeting. She has the set of skills for my needs. She's always very focused and has great listening skills which help me whenever I am in a session with her. Cannot recommend enough.
I felt that I had a great therapeutic relationship with Julie from very early on. Julie is kind, considerate, and supportive whilst also being professional. I feel that Julie is able to anticipate what my needs are for each session and is supportive in those. I appreciate her ability to keep up with the sometimes chaotic nature of my accounts and feelings (ADHD) which therapists have struggled with at times in the past, this helps me feel comfortable during our sessions.
Lovely person, always understands exactly what I'm going through and what I can do to change it for the better
She was very supportive, made me feel comfortable, gave me solutions to my problems and guided me through it.
Julie is so easy to talk to. She has really helped with the issues that I had and inspired me to look forward to an interesting future. I can’t recommend her highly enough.
