Hello, my name is Lea, and I am an experienced integrative therapist for both adults and children. I have been working as a therapist for some time now, but prior to this, I had a career in the legal sector. I chose to change my career path after someone I knew received counseling, and I was curious about the process and what actually happens during a session.

I studied for a year to gain a better understanding of counseling and fell in love with the work and its ability to help people. I then pursued advanced training in various areas of counseling to ensure that I can offer a wide range of support to my clients without restrictions.

I believe in providing comprehensive care, so I strive to ensure that my clients can receive all the support they need in one place rather than being referred to multiple providers. I offer both in-person and online therapy sessions, as well as long-term and short-term options to suit individual needs.

My work style is client-focused, and I ensure that the support I provide is tailored to the specific needs of each client. I strive to create a comfortable space where clients can openly discuss their challenges and explore the reasons behind them. Together, we can explore various methods and techniques that will help them progress both during therapy and afterward. I believe that we will encounter many challenges at different points in our lives, and therapy should not only equip clients with immediate coping skills but also empower them with tools to navigate future difficulties.

Outside of work, I am a mother and a dog owner. I enjoy exploring new places, often accompanied by my dog, Rex, and I like to try new experiences. I also appreciate quiet evenings at home, watching a good movie and enjoying popcorn. While I don't have many hobbies, I do have a passion for motorsports and reading. Every year, I look forward to staying in cabins in the forest with my family, where we can explore the local area and take some time away from our daily routines. This retreat helps me refresh and reconnect with the beauty of nature that I often overlook.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.
