She is so kind! I have extreme social anxiety and she is so welcoming to just talking through instant messaging chat but still is open to do video or phone if I'm comfortable with it. She is great at keeping the conversation going while listening to everything you have to say. I highly recommend her to anyone that feels uncomfortable talking to new people.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

Write a review for for my therapist - Amanda Crane. It seems like such an odd thing to do. I've no parameters by which to review any therapist, including Amanda, except my own. So I'll go by that: 1. She cares - She doesn't need to, but she does. And that makes a big difference to me because I know when she tells me something it comes from a very genuine place. 2. She always brings it back to me - I have the tendency to make my session about other things and other people, but she always kindly reminds me that it's my session and gently brings me back to the work we agreed to do. 3. The consummate professional - I cannot stress this enough, especially having been with some terrible therapists in my life. She has never missed a session, never even been late to a session, has always given me her full attention and has never made me question my working relationship with her. Amanda Crane is a guardian of mental well-being. A kind guide, through the mountain trail of personal growth. And an unshakeable companion in the journey towards healing. She brings charm, empathy, focus, and professionalism, and I am profoundly grateful for the positive influence she has had on my life.
