Elrick is great at listening and connecting the dots and then sharing his own experiences and stories that directly relate to yours. He is more than willing to put in the extra work to help his patience and approaches counselling in a very direct, realistic, but kind way. His sense of humour and ability to laugh is refreshing and helps to lighten the mood.

Elrick is a kind and compassionate individual. But is not afraid to tell you how it is either. He is comforting when he needs to be and assertive when he needs to correct your thinking. He has strong conviction when it comes to Christian morals and principles in guiding his therapy sessions, but I would recommend him even if you are not Christian as well.
