First of all I would like to commend you for reaching out for guidance and support . Navigating and exploring your inner world in order to uncover the wisdom and true power we hold within ourselves can feel, at times, like a daunting prospect however with someone holding space in a non judgemental manner whilst you share your narrative, the path that helps us evolve beyond our current limitations can be truly liberating.

I am an Integrative Therapist, meaning I draw from many psychological disciplines in my work together with you. I am also a Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner and Life Coach as well as a Clinical Supervisor and I have ten years experience of facilitating change in clients.

I would consider myself spiritually awake and aware and am conscious of the impact the outer world (macrocosm) is currently having on our inner world (microcosm) and daily lives.

I wish you success on your healing journey and please feel free to connect with me to discover if we would therapeutically align in co-constructing a more purposeful, fulfilling and empowered future for your good self.

Before starting my BetterHelp experice I was worried about who I would be matched with and if I was going to have to go through a lot of them to find the right one. Fortunately, i was matched with Lucy who has been amazing from the start. Very understanding and a great listener. I was felt really comfortable talking to Lucy and her kind bubbly atertude made the experice very relaxing and less clinical which I worried about. I spent almost a year conversing with Lucy and she's helped me so much a long my journey, I'm now at a place where I feel a lot better and don't need therapy anymore I couldn't have done it without Lucy. Couldn't recommend her enough!

I don’t have enough words in my vocabulary to express how grateful I am for Lucy’s beautiful professionalism and kind soul - she has helped me to work through some very deep routes traumas that I honestly didn’t realise were affecting me! Over the course of 6 months working with Lucy I feel we have used the perfect combination of spiritual intuition and science based trauma techniques to enhance my wellbeing. I genuinely can’t recommend Lucy enough, I’ve been in therapy on and off my whole life and I think I’ve found a permanent therapist in her!

Lucy is wonderful. She has been able to identify themes and behaviours that show up in my life that had never even occurred to me, but that make so much sense. Her calming reassurance and down to Earth nature makes you feel so safe in her presence. She is an incredible listener and demonstrates her active listening skills throughout sessions - something that is so rare in real life. You are made to feel valued and important and that nothing you say will be judged. Lucy is so calm and kind and the practical exercises we have done within the sessions have been so healing. The advice and support she has given me have been invaluable, I cannot recommend her enough.

Lucy has been the sweetest, and kindest during our sessions. She's been so patient and understanding going through all my thoughts and feelings. I don't think I can effectively put into words how safe and cared for she makes me feel, and how gently we work through things together. I don't think this review does justice to how grateful I am! Lucy is wonderful.

Where do I even start? I’ve never had such a supportive therapist who works alongside me in such a caring, consistent and open-minded manner. Together, we’ve been working on some spiritual/scientific based exercises - the perfect mix of both - to tackle my issues. After every session with Lucy, I feel ready to emotionally explore my feelings in a healthy way and to continue doing homework for myself. The clarity and lessons I have learnt over the past few months are things that I’ll carry forward with me; I love how much I can learn from Lucy.

I’m incredibly pleased with Lucy and the progress I’ve made. Her extensive knowledge and experience really shows in her approach as a therapist. She actively listens, whilst showing empathy and support. She understands what I’m trying to say and the true meaning behind it. She asks the right questions and gives practical advice whilst providing me with the right tools to better myself. I leave each session having felt listened to, understood, cared for, and equiped to deal with my struggles. I can’t thank Lucy enough for all that she’s done for me.
