I can tell I'm doing better since speaking with him. I love talking to him.
Talking with James just works.. He's down to earth, none judgmental and just so easy to talk to.. he's an intuitive listener... very punctual, beyond all of his insights that he offers... we can even have a laugh when talking about such tense and uncomfortable things and in my book that can be a form of therapy in and of itself... I highly recommend james.. Great guy.. can't say enough good about him.. 10/10
Spencer has done wonders for me and I look forward to our future sessions
Great person that genuinely cares.
Spencer is an AMAZING therapist. He intently listens to the problems you're having, asks questions to dive deeper into the root cause, and provides helpful suggestions on working through those challenges. He'll be my go to resource for addressing my ADHD, work, and social anxiety.
James is really down to earth and easy to talk to. I was skeptical about getting a therapist but I really enjoy speaking to James. He's really personable and very attentive. If you are struggling with find a therapist that really understands you or you feel like previous therapists didn't really care to help you, look no further than James. He has helped me in my struggle and he's just nice to talk to. 10/10.
Great therapist! Has been helping me for a considerable amount of time.
James has been amazing to work with, is very receptive and open minded, and really makes me feel comfortable.
James's experience and expertise leaves me confident that I'll be a better me throughout my journey
Spencer is fantastic. He’s ready to listen, and really listen. He doesn’t just go through the motions. He has a gift for understanding what tools are useful to you quickly and spends time developing them from an early stage. He’s really a fantastic therapist and I would highly recommend him to anyone either going through therapy the first time or the 30th. I’ve had A LOT of therapists, and it is rare to find one as engaging and that listens and communicates as well as Spencer.
I think James is a great therapist. He listens and let's me explain exactly what's going on. He understands and helps me as much as he possibly can. James is a great guy.
He's very knowledgeable. He was able to identify several of my signs of anxiety and guided me through dealing with those anxious moments.
I can tell that he has a lot of expertise and his approach works very well for me. He utilizes a lot of knowledge and resources to provide me with a comfortable and beneficial framework for understanding and managing my mental health.
I can not say enough good things about James. I have never had a therapist that I feel so comfortable and safe with. He is highly-qualified and I would suggest him to anyone who is suffering with mental health issues.
Spencer is someone who listens! He offers pointers and helped me identify the real issue at hand. He spoke to me as a good father speaks to his son. He doesn't teach, he guided me to identify the key issues and chat a roadmap to resolve them. I enjoyed every session with him.
I couldn’t have chosen a better therapist for my first time than James! I feel he truly understands what I’m going through and how I’m feeling. I highly recommend him to anyone!
