Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

So far it has been a great fit
Amy is the first therapist I have found that I feel hears me and understands me. I love how she incorporates Christianity in with her therapy also. . We seem to be a great fit!
I have only had a few sessions with Amy and so far it’s gone way better than my previous therapists. She is very easy to share and connect with and I am very comfortable talking to her without any amount of judgment.
Fantastic. Extremely helpful, very engaged and an overall great person. Great to work with!
I am so grateful for the care and guidance I have received from Amy Myers. I am relieved to have found someone who I can trust and who offers me both psychological counseling and spiritual support. I deeply appreciate that she both respects my boundaries and leaves room to breath, but also challenges me to open up more and continue along my journey. Thank you very much to Amy for her wisdom and kindness.
A wonderful listener, shows great empathy, easy to be open with.
Amy Myers is amazing. She is not only supportive and exceptional with the care she provides, but she is intuitive and able to see things about myself and my anxiety that I would have otherwise ignored, swept under the rug or otherwise not even have seen. She is highly recommended.

I’m so grateful to have the opportunity to work with Amy as my therapist! She’s kind, compassionate, she really listens to me, she provides support, and she isn’t judgmental. Talking with her every week is something I look forward to, it’s a safe space, and I truly feel better after our sessions. I wish I would have done this sooner!
I have only had a few sessions with Amy, but I am already greatly appreciating her professionalism and expertise. She also has a great way of making me feel like she really cares and is genuinely interested about me and my story and my recovery from past trauma and a recent broken heart. I would certainly recommend her and I look forward to out next session. She is being a big help and I believe, she is already making a significant impact on my current state of mental and emotional health.
