Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.

Great listener!
Been working with him for a while now, so far so good. Only therapist I’ve found it easy to talk to.
He is punctual, attentive, courteous and responseve. He quickly understood my issues and was very helpful getting me past a recent crisis. So I would recommend him.
I am very comfortable talking to Robert and feel that he is helping me to come to the answers I need.
Very professional and easy to talk to. Mr. Brown provides strong feedback and helps me with my various needs without judgement. Overall a good guy.
Robert Brown is a great listener but also knows what to ask to get to the deeper points. He helps find what you truly want to improve your life.
Robert Brown has been incredible to me. I struggled to really have a mission coming into therapy, a focus, and despite that confusion he helped me learn more about myself, exploring my actions and how they effect me and others around me. Even after a few sessions I’ve begun to come to terms with my new reality and what I have to do moving forward and what’s best for me. It could be my lack of aim, but it feels like we’re just having discussions, yet I’m learning more about myself and how to proceed constructively. Robert is tier A!
Robert is exceedingly insightful and supportive. He actively listens, asks important questions, and gives gentle and actionable advice. His messages in between phone sessions are also very helpful. As someone who sometimes feels overwhelmed with phone or video sessions, his chat messages really help.
The best therapist I have ever had, very easy to talk to and very helpful.
Robert has been amazing with me so far. I have only met with him for 2 sessions however he has sent me worksheets, checked in with me multiple times a week and really makes great use out of 45 minute sessions which I really appreciate!
