My therapist has been great helping me with my depression she understands and cares for me and this is the reason why I stayed with her throughout my entire therapy sessions she sends me messages very often to see how I am doing and I can write to her and time she will respond as quickly as she can overall this was my first time with a therapist and I am very happy! Beth was always attentive to my care!

I have enjoyed to opportunity to get input from Better Help services and my therapist, Beth Tabbert. She has been an encouraging soul, reminding me to have patience and mercy with myself and forgiving myself and others and learning to accept people, the things they've done to me that I didn't deserve and vica-versa. Overall, I feel it's been a good investment of my time and money into myself. I appreciate being able to talk and listen and learn w/o having to be "diagnosed" and going into an office. When I called my local counseling place, they wanted to diagnose me. I didn't want to be diagnosed like I was ill or mentally ill. I just needed to talk to someone. Thank you for not requiring me to be "diagnosed".

I love Beth! She is so easy to talk to. You feel like you’re talking to a close friend and not a therapist. She listens to you, and helps you look at things in a different perspective. She’s very gentle and calming

Beth sometimes struggles to give me the structure that I need but always gives me a safe space to talk and be myself!

Reviewed July 2023

Beth is a very professional and empathetic therapist. I always feel that I am not judged, I feel that I am understood. Beth helped me discover some of the childhood traumas that have affected me all my life - before our sessions, I didn't even think about it in that way. I am still working on healing and understanding myself but Beth is very knowledgeable and always ready to help.

Coming into therapy having a not so great first experience with a different therapist was extremely stressful and made me very hesitant on looking for help. Hearing about an app on a podcast, I thought no way is this going to help me. Having my life fall to pieces I was absolutely glad I gave the app a shot. The entire process was super simple. Having major executive function issues making appointments drs therapist paperwork all is a no go for me.. however the simple process of answering a few questions about myself what I’m looking for out of therapy and BAM!!! I was linked with an amazing therapist who seems to understand that I’m a person who just needs a little boost and guidance on my issues. I feel validated and respected and my feelings are valid. I feel listened to. And the best part is we stay in communication as if someone really cared for my well being. I can text my therapist when life seems to creep up. Or I can schedule a video meeting an audio meeting. I get worksheets to work on and get me thinking deeper. Journal entries to get things off my chest. It’s worth it’s weight in gold and I will definitely recommend having a therapist such as Beth! Feeling blessed.
