Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Ange has been the first therapist I have ever spoken to and I didn't realise how much of a difference it would make. She is very pragmatic and approachable with practical ways of takling problems and I have so far found the experience really beneficial. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone that needs the support!

Angie is a sensitive, highly empathetic therapist who is warm yet grounded and knowledgeable and professional. I felt instantly comfortable speaking to her and she helped me in a very difficult time understand my own strength. I learnt why I was turning to unhealthy relationships and with her guidance, found the things that I need to work on to give myself the things I was looking for in others. If you want a therapist who just gets it - who is real - humorous and super caring yet practical and knowledgeable - Angie is the one. Thank you Angie - your approach allowed me to feel heard and seen without over dwelling in the past and thinking about practical steps in the present. Would recommend you to anyone.

I've found working with Ange after 2 sessions very helpful. I like how straightforward she is and pragmatic which co-insides with how I think and approach things.
