Susan has been carrying, respectfully and very helpful in all of our sessions, I would highly recommend her. I don’t think of Susan as a therapist I see her as a friend I have known for years, she is easy to talk to and we easily pick up where we left off. She is a wonderful person, thank you Susan for everything.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Susan is a fantastic therapist. I feel very seen and listened to. Susan helped me a navigate a very difficult time in my life where I felt the lowest about myself than I ever have. Susan validated my feelings but also helped me get my head to a place where I could think more clearly. She is very supportive, positive and knows just the right questions to ask to get me to think more and come to my own conclusions. She is very open minded, compassionate, and kind. I definitely plan on using her in the future to help me navigate difficult times! Thank you for everything, Susan!
