Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.
Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

Overall rating:
Steven is a very down to earth therapist who gives you the space you need to unpack while also asking the right question.
My therapist Steven Smith was awesome. He really helped me and was caring. Listened and guided me through my issues. I have come out of this a lot calmer and better.
I have seen numerous therapists in my life with less than stellar results. Stephen, is a Happy deviation from that norm. He is easy to talk with, gives solid feedback, and makes suggestions on actions that I can take. I have found his therapy to be very helpful.
Steven is a wonderful therapist. He is compassionate, kind, and honest in a way that is not judgmental while also telling you what you need to know and hear. I would highly recommend him to anyone, especially those dealing with substance abuse issues.
Very good therapist. Always knows what question to ask to unlock the next chunk to dive into.
