I have been working with Julie for a few months now. First of all, I will say I started off being quite nervous, as therapy was a rather new concept to me at the time. That nervousness was dispelled almost instantly. Julie is a very understanding and supportive person, and on top of that, she approaches matters from a variety of angles to find the most suitable solution all while remaining entirely respectful. I have made it much further with her help in the given time than I had previously thought to be realistic, and I would absolutely recommend her as a therapist.

I started therapy with Julie one month ago. I may say that she is really professional and she has a lot of experience. She has already helped me to release anxiety and I feel better. I am going to continue working with Julie as it is such a relief to talk to her, to explain my issues and to feel supported and helped through my journey to a better self. Thank you Julie

I had the privilege of working with Julie as my therapist, and I can't express enough gratitude for the positive impact she has had on my life. Julie is not just a therapist; she's a guiding light on my journey to better mental and emotional well-being. From the very beginning, Julie created a warm and welcoming environment that made it easy for me to open up. Her empathetic and non-judgmental approach made me feel heard and understood. Julie has a remarkable ability to ask insightful questions that helped me explore my thoughts and emotions in a way that was both enlightening and empowering.

Couldn't recommend Julie more. A therapist who wants to give you tools to help manage your own life better, rather than wanting you to come back and rely on them to fix things for you. Zero judgement and really took the time to listen and help me understand the root of my problems without making me feel guilty about them.
