Deanna is awesome ! She's so intuitive and helpful and I seen that I've had less anxiety and worry less since I've been seeing her. It's not easy to see your own progress, but I do see it. I'm less introverted. She's funny to and I find to be a great quality when talking about your mental issues.

I have been licensed in Ohio since 1996. Originally treating women with substance use disorders, I found my niche in trauma and abuse processing. I have also worked in psychiatric crisis response in the community, which taught me to think quickly on my feet and have multiple therapeutic approaches to connect with and assist people in healing. I believe in exploring a variety of ways to find the steps you need, to heal and move towards your future with joy. I find humor very helpful, while providing a safe space, to release the stress and provide another viewpoint. I look forward to working with you.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.
