Susan is extremely knowledgable, professional, empathetic, and a good listener. I'd recommend her to anyone seeking insight into relationships, trauma, or grief. Can't thank her enough for the help she's provided me during my limited time with Faithful Counseling. It's been a great decision!

Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.

Susan Frate is very understanding but is also good at giving “tough love” for a lack of better term. She sends helpful worksheets or material to help with coping mechanisms or whatever you’re going through. I’m thankful she was my first therapist on this app :)
