It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.

Very easy to talk to and supportive
Susan has been an amazing help in mamy aspects of my life thus far and I'm excited about my future with her in it.
Susan always listens and shows that she truly cares. Its completely sincere and obvious where it would be quite easy to spot if she wasn't. She is very happy to give you direction and systems to help you with whatever you're going through. Many therapists give you a "feel-good" talk session and don't really give you many valuable tools or actual direction. She, however, is completely different than the vast majority. She listens, acknowledges, gives simpathy and care when nessessary, and then directly addresses the issues with a plan. I truly appreciate everything she does and I'm so thankful that I have found her.
Susan has been my therapist for only a short while and I am already noticing a sense of grounding and hope in my life from our sessions. There is much room for improvement in the areas that I am seeking guidance in; but it has only been a few weeks and the tools that I have been giving are tangible and relevant. Susan has a gift of listening especially when you need to be heard and knowing what you need before you ask. Each therapist has their own style and methods, and I appreciate what she offers. I can tell she has touched many lives and has helped others with make the changes they need to live the life they desire. Thank you, Susan!
Susan St. Vrain is hands down the best therapist I have ever had! She is truly brilliant at helping me transform my behavior, my mindsets, and gently but firmly encourages me to look at situations from a new outlook. My life is completely changed. My life has changed- so much so that I had to look back to remember the state of fear, frustration and hopelessness that I came to her in. She really helped me transform at the deepest level. My depression of a lifetime has lifted, I have better (not perfect) relationships with family, and I see a bright future for myself. I highly recommend Susan. She's really amazing. I can't thank her enough.
She is incredible! My sessions with her are very insightful and helpful.

Wise and insightful. One of a kind. thank you Susan, for helping me walk the path.
Choosing a therapist is not a simple task. Susan couldn't be a better fit for me. I feel seen, heard and understood. I feel more grounded and present in my daily life than I have felt in a long time. Thank you, Susan, for helping me sort out the stew of my life so that each individual ingredient can be identified and tasted.
Susan is a delight to work with. We are able to dig into issues in a safe and kind way, making me look forward to the next session, and to doing my homework I’m between! I highly recommend Susan
I’m very fortunate to have found Susan in the saddest and toughest part of my life, I was really broken down and she helped build me back up into something much more than I was before. She’s very thoughtful, responsive, a good listener, and provided great feedback and resources that I was able to use to learn about myself and how to better manage my emotions.
Susan helped me think so much more clearly and rationally. I suffered from DV and nothing was the same afterwards. But Susan made each step of healing much more bearable, and I was able to stick to my healing routine to the point of liberation. I feel so much more confident with myself, and much happier in return for the knowledge that I can do whatever I put my mind to. Thank you so much Susan.
She has been a great help in teaching me that a lot of my problems come from deeper places than I ever realized
She’s great! I love her approach!
I am very grateful for people like Susan. I have only tried therapy once before. I can already tell how much of an impact her work has already made on my ability to react to life’s challenges. I’ve always felt a little hopeless, insecure and chaotic. It feels great to understand myself more deeply and develop the tools to grow. Thank you Susan :)
Susan is amazing! This is my first time starting therapy and she makes me feel so comfortable and is great at addressing anything I want to work on and gives lots of ways to make it worth my time weather thats our phone calls once a week or sending me worksheets to help better understand myself!
