Jordan is very accommodating to different schedules. Right now I am unable to do an actual session with her, so we keep in contact and stay updated through the messaging feature. She always has an encouraging note for me!

I couldn’t be more thankful to have been matched up with Jordan! She is the best counselor I have ever had. I have a lot of unusual issues that I deal with, including Psychosis, and dissociative identity disorder that my husband experiences. And she is completely experienced an understanding, and I don’t feel like she’s looking at me like I’m crazy when I talk about it. As I have with almost every single other counselor I had in the past. If you are suffering from psychosis, or you are a caregiver for someone with Psychosis, she will be the person you have been dreaming to meet! And she is also great with helping me with regular life problems as well :-) I couldn’t be happier :-)

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Jordan is the perfect match for me! She is in the public school system like I am so she really understands my daily stress and struggles. She contacts me regularly to check in and talks with me through chat when our schedules don’t align for a live session. I’d recommend Jordan to anyone, but she’s definitely amazing for school teachers!
Great insight, and good feedback.
She is WONDERFUL! I would recommend her to anyone in need!
Jordan is so supportive of me and my decisions. She is a great listener and can respond with supportive advice when I have specific concerns. She also makes me laugh and is very relatable and easy to talk too! I am so so happy I found her through BetterHealth!

While I am still getting familiar with using Better Help, Jordan has been a great help so far! She is very attentive and understanding and has already shared a number of helpful resources with me. I am hopeful that she will be able to help me manage my anxiety and depression.
Jordan has been very helpful and kind to me as my therapist. She has gone above and beyond to make sure I feel welcomed and heard on this platform. I am grateful for our sessions, as well as the help she’s offered me through messages. She’s recommended great, relevant groups for me to participate in as well.
