Although my situation may be somewhat different to most, Naina was able to engage with me as if she had done it a thousand times before. Naina’s experience is evident, and conversation is always easy - even through the tough stuff. I’d gladly recommend Naina to my nearest and dearest.
Naina has a great way of using metaphors to describe what’s happening in our heads or how to better view the bigger picture. She’s very empathetic and summarises what you say to help you understand it clearer too or to confirm it. Lovely energy!

Naina has been in my corner for a couple months now. Our sessions are safe and respectful, compassionate and understanding and she offers me really great insight into what I might be going through physically, mentally and emotionally. If I struggle to understand something she goes above and beyond to help me understand from a different angle.
