Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

I've only had one session with Courtni so far, but being able to type out my thoughts and feelings helps me organize them before I say stuff I don't mean. She's been very attentive and has offered a multitude of coping techniques already, and I'm looking forward to my future sessions with her.

Courtni has done an amazing job at helping me work through and process what's happened and happening in life. I was feeling so stuck and from when I started to where I am now are wildly different. I don't think the same, and I am taking steps in the right direction, and know that im not perfect and never will be so I just keep doing my best. She has given me tools and encouraged journaling which has really helped me work through things.
