Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Wonderful
Rebecca is a great fit so far. She prompts with quest without bombarding me. Asks me how I feel without it seeming hokey, she seems genuinely interested in my internal struggles and offers different ideas to try and mitigate my obstacles.
Rebecca has been amazing to me and for me. She heard my problem areas and we're working on it
I cannot express enough gratitude for the support I've received from my therapist during an extremely challenging period in my life. Navigating job difficulties, personal relationship issues, and a move was overwhelming, but her unwavering support made all the difference. From our very first session, I felt an immediate sense of comfort. She creates a safe, non-judgmental space that encourages open and honest dialogue about any concerns I may have. Her ability to listen deeply and empathetically is remarkable; I always felt heard and understood. What I appreciate most is her skillful way of asking questions. Instead of providing direct answers, she guides me to explore my thoughts and feelings, empowering me to make my own decisions. This approach has been invaluable in helping me regain my confidence and clarity. If you're looking for a therapist who is genuinely supportive, unbiased, and an excellent listener, I highly recommend her. She has truly helped me navigate some of the toughest times in my life, and I am forever grateful for her guidance.
