With 7 years of professional experience in the UK, I have had the privilege of helping individuals navigate through some of life's most challenging moments. My areas of expertise include assisting clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, trauma and abuse, as well as fostering motivation, self-esteem, and confidence. My background includes significant work with a charity, which has enriched my understanding of diverse issues faced by people from all walks of life.

My approach is rooted in creating a warm, open, and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared freely, without fear of judgment. I believe in the power of a supportive and empathetic therapeutic relationship as a cornerstone for healing and personal growth. Each client is unique, and I am committed to accommodating their individual needs, ensuring that they feel valued and understood.

Having worked extensively with a wide range of issues, I have developed a deep sense of empathy and a non-judgmental stance that allows clients to explore their emotions and experiences openly. Whether dealing with the aftermath of trauma, the complexities of relationships, or struggles with self-esteem and motivation, my goal is to empower clients to find their own paths to healing and fulfilment.

From the first session with Debbie, you can tell that there is so much peace and safety in the environment of her sessions. She listens carefully and understands your concerns, and makes sure that you feel heard and that your thoughts and emotions are valid. She has great empathy for you while keeping things professional. It is very easy to talk about different topics/ concerns with Debbie. And Debbie also helps you explore and reflect on your emotions, while also giving great insights to different perspectives and advice. I have never done therapy before this, and it’s one of the best decisions I have made for my mental health.
