Eliza is both compassionate and helpful. She doesn’t just listen, she compassionately offers opportunities to rethink your own mindset and also rethink the mindset of others you may be engaging with (whether that is a spouse, family, or friend). Every session we have she is respectful of my perspective, opinion, and actions but she always makes think about those thoughts/actions regardless of them being “correct”. Perspective matters and I appreciate her 10,000ft view so much more than I thought I would. She has been an absolutely fantastic way to center myself on my pursuit of simply being a better version of who I am.

I also have additional experience facilitating workshops, trainings and support groups on a variety of subjects.

I believe in starting counseling where you, the client, are. You have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. Counseling is a valuable resource when facing challenges. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I love my therapist and would recommend her to anybody who’s looking for therapy.

Personable, compassionate, and also sensibly insightful. Great listener, but when needed she will tell you what you NEED to hear, in addition to just hearing you. See provides thoughts without judgement and some of her ideas have helped me further my life in ways I wasn't even seeking therapy for in the first place. Therapy is hard to start but Eliza immediately made me feel welcome and I wish I had started with her earlier. Her insight has (and continues to) help me and I'm so happy she is in my life.

Eliza has shown from moment one all the compassion, knowledge and true care. She listens thoughtfully and deeply. Recalling your experience with using direct language that speaks to you. Our sessions have been a conversation as two old friends. I am extremely grateful for having her care.
