Thank you for visiting my profile. Sometimes we may feel like our energy has taken a dip and we can’t seem to shift our low mood. Perhaps we feel anxious and unable to move forward, and we may feel stuck for any number of reasons. There are times when we feel we need a different perspective, someone who fully listens to and supports us while helping us to realise our full potential. I provide a professional and non-judgemental counselling service for anyone who is experiencing mental health difficulties.
Please don’t hesitate to reach out and contact me. Taking that first step means that you have chosen to prioritise yourself and put your own needs first, which is a wonderful way to begin the healing process.
Our counselling sessions will last 45 minutes and during this time, the space is exclusively yours to explore whichever topic you choose. I am a pluralistic counsellor, which simply means that my practice puts you at the forefront and is person-centred, but also collaborative in nature - you are unique and I will tailor your therapy sessions to suit your needs and together we will work to facilitate positive change in your life.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.
