It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.

Working with Nicola has been brilliant. She’s insightful, not afraid to hold the mirror up to you, and focuses on your issues with compassion. There is no doubt that without Nicola, I would not have recovered from my breakdown in such a way. She’s my new hero.

I was so happy with Nicola as my therapist. She is such a kind and calm person and has been helping me a lot through the last few months. We had some emotionally challenging sessions, as well as some lighter ones, where we could laugh about things. We always adjusted the sessions according to what I needed that day. I would highly recommend her.

She is so incredibly supportive, is very easy to talk too as this is my first time trying therapy I find it very easy to chat with her, we occasionally joke around and do keep the conversation lighthearted occasionally just to keep the mood ok but is still serious and does do what I need her to do, she does care and wants to help but also does give me tons of options for what I could do to achieve my goals I highly recommend her

Reviewed April 2024

Nicola was a very thoughtful and empathetic listener. Her reflections and advice while positive and affirming were also practical and actionable, which helped me greatly. Highly recommended.
