Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Very helpful and supportive
Sherile is very compassionate and kind, she somehow knows exactly what I need and I really appreciate it! She has good, sound advice that has helped me tremendously!! I am so lucky I was paired with her!!
Ms Sherile is an excellent therapist. I feel very supported working with her and would recommend her to others seeking therapy
Sherile is very professional and very supportive
Sherile is real, authentic and genuine. She actively listens without judgement and gives me clear attainable goals to complete which helps me feel successful. I trust her and feel validated when I share my thoughts and feelings with her.
I like how she asks questions to get a mental picture of my issues. She shows just enough empathy to get me to the point, but she also speaks my “truth”, but in a digestible way. Fits my schedule very well. Love her!
Sherile is a kind and wise therapist. I can tell that she's truly listening to me and cares about my healing. She challenges some of my thoughts, but is never judgmental or critical . She validates my feelings, but reassures me that they're temporary. She is patient with me and encourages me to be patient with myself and my healing process. I always feel better after talking to her!
Sherile, is great! Very intuitive , listens and gives great advice, but she is also a bit stern in her advice and recommendations. Which I think is a good thing, I really appreciate her,
Sherile is a source of light! Empowering and an inspiration and always there for me! Opens my eyes to see things in a different enlightening way !!
She is so kind, insightful, and inspires me ~ to be a better person.
Sherile consistently acknowledges and affirms my emotions, providing the reassurance I need. She gently points out areas where I can improve, helping me strive towards self-betterment. Sherile checks on me regularly, which reassures me that someone cares about my well-being. She listens to my main issues attentively and assigns me 'homework' that, once completed, always boosts my mood. She also tailors these tasks to align with my learning preferences, making them more approachable and rewarding for me. From the beginning, Sherile has fostered a nonjudgmental environment where I feel safe and free to be myself. I would highly recommend her to anyone without hesitation
