Hi, I am Maggie - welcome to my page, where you will get to learn a bit about me.

I am an UK based therapist and apart from the fact that I have a degree in Integrative Counselling and am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, what you should about me is that I really love my job!

Besides being part of the Better Help family, I also volunteer as a counsellor for two charities: I firmly believe that therapy should not be out of reach for those who cannot afford it!

I am an avid traveller: both of the mind and the body. I love books and am a perpetual learner. Also love experiencing foreign cultures and destinations.

People utterly fascinate me, and I think every one of us, deep down inside, hides a decent human being. So I always look for him/her and rarely fail to find it in our "humankind".

I am particularly interested in neuroscience, philosophy, and the self-actualization of the human being for the betterment of the collective.

Taking on therapy sometimes is not easy; it demands a lot of courage. Courage requires vulnerability...but, great things await the courageous if only we make that ONE step towards meeting our authentic selves.

I invite you to take the journey... Knowing yourself is always better than not knowing. After all, we all got "blind" spots. However, we can turn them into our superpowers.

I don't do miracles, and I can't promise miracles, but I think I will plant a seed for transformation, even if it is a tiny one!

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

Maggie is a spectacular human being! She is everything you could ever want in a therapist. Maggie listens, empathises, respects, and offers sound meaningful advise, but most importantly she challenges my thoughts, ego, rooted ideologies so that I reflect on them and see them for what they really are. Maggie has helped me become me.
