Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

I have been working with Susan for over two months now and I'm so grateful to have her as my therapist. She has showed me so much about myself, my relationships, triggers, patterns and has helped me navigate through the most difficult time of my life (she's still helping me to this day), I signed up at a great time, without her I would be lost and a mess. If you're thinking about signing up for therapy, please do! I underestimated the power of therapy and I've been pleasantly surprised. If you can choose your therapist, choose Susan! She's amazing, professional and has a very unique way of working with multiple types of media. Thank you again Susan for being here for me and guiding me through the riptide of life's vast ocean.

My therapist listens amazingly well, never judges but does tell me her own opinion on whatever we are talking about. That is a ‘must have’ for me, I do not want to be lectured but have constructive feedback and advice, which she supplies. She sends me different things like utube videos or songs that she feels may help me with my recent issues. I highly recommend her! Thank you!
