I’m grateful for the flexibility

I have always been skeptical on therapy due to a bad experience in the past. Having met Rachel and speaking with her, my life has definitely changed for the better and I can see things from a different perspective now that she has helped me with my troubles and just life in general. She is very straight forward and fun at the same time. She has made me believe that I can indeed trust someone to help me without passing judgement. I am happier every single day and doing the best that I can with my life and having Rachel to talk to has made this possible! THANK YOU!
