I've heard so often about the value of therapy. After being in and out of therapy for most of my 40 years of life, I've finally met a therapist who I feel truly hears and "reaches" me, and I (FINALLY!) fully realize the value now. Alicia is easy to talk to, smart, experienced, gentle, and encouraging. I'm beyond grateful for my experience with her!

Alicia rocks so much that I almost don’t want to write this review and make her availability decrease. Perfect blend of seriously helpful but also willing to infuse humor into sessions. Favorite therapist I’ve ever had

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Alicia is a phenomenal therapist, I truly could not recommend her enough. She makes me feel so seen and understood and provides helpful suggestions for me to cope and deal with my feelings. She is a very kind, compassionate and understanding person who always helps me with whatever I’m facing. She has helped me to cope with my anxiety, depression, and deaths of loved ones.

Alicia was great, I had to end it early due to times being tough with fiancial troubles. She really knows how to listen and also tell you things that are concerns that I wasn't even aware of! Her experience is exactly what I needed, she also held me accountable and made me realize underlying problems I had I wasn't understanding or aware of! She's a amazing person and would recommend anyone to her if they want someone that's empathetic and caring, but also will hold you accountable! Something we all need!
