Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

Within the first session u spent with Aaron, I found he had unlocked a lot of things that I needed to work on with my personal progression. There were things that I hadn’t realised I needed to hear and from one simple question, changed my perspective on how I approach my frustrations and issues. Aaron listens and offers advice in a way that you feel super comfortable and in an environment that you feel safe in. I wasn’t sure if therapy was for me, but I’m so happy I started…I feel like my life has taken the direction I was needing after just a few sessions.

Aaron has, and still is, and incredibly help in my journey to better understand myself, overcome trauma and become a better version of me. Aaron has the amazing capability of understanding your feelings and what you are going through, making you feel validated and at ease. I was very nervous for my first session but he made me feel comfortable from the first minute onwards. I would a 100% recommend him to anyone.

Aaron is a great therapist. I have had bad experiences before with therapy which put me off so deciding to come back was a big step that I was sceptical about. I have felt that I am being listened to but equally Aaron is great at giving me structure, setting worksheets, exercises and questions to ask myself and work on in between sessions. It was been a weight off my shoulders each week having someone to talk through my issues with and who gives good advice. I would strongly recommend Aaron to anyone who asked me.
