I am licensed in Arizona with 37 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, coping with grief and loss, motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
As we’ve all learned, life is complicated. It’s uncertain, undefined, and often-times feels uncontrollable. But it’s also “the only game in town”. So learning how to navigate it effectively makes all the difference to how we experience it. The good news is that we CAN learn those skills – no matter how old you are or how much damage life has already done. Shifting the focus from believing that life holds all the power to realizing that the true power is how you choose to respond to it. Healing is a process that has relapse and self-doubt. While I can’t make this journey for you, I am a powerful tour guide. I’d like to partner with you on this amazing journey of healing and growth. Even the most complicated grief or complex trauma can be healed! You just have to take that first step.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.
Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

Overall rating:
Diane is wonderful. She listens and helps really identity the core issues that need to be worked on.

She makes me feel seen and heard
Diane has honestly been an angel sent to help me through some of the hard things that have accumulated in my life over the last couple of years. She is a great listener and seeks to truly understand the situation. Then, once she feels like she gets it, will jump in and offer really amazing guidance. I have a whole notebook full of wisdom that she has shared with me that I reference often. The best thing that Diane has helped me understand is that I am not responsible for everything. I have a tendency to take it all on, get overwhelmed, and be disappointed when it doesn't work out in a way that makes everyone happy. Being able to make the differentiation between what I am and what I am not responsible for has been a game changer for me. I would recommend Diane to anyone!
