Tiffany is amazing. Listens to your issues helping you navigate them in a way that’s not forced and lets you move at your own pace, always checks up on you regardless if a sessions booked and you feel free to talk about anything with her as she creates a safe non judgmental space to do that. I couldn’t recommend her enough

Hello, I'm Tiffany, a level 6 qualified person-centered counsellor. In order to customise the therapeutic approach to each client's specific needs, I frequently integrate techniques from different counselling modalities, such as solution-focused brief therapy and cognitive behaviour therapy.

In my opinion, the client-counsellor relationship is a very important factor in working towards achieving your hopes from accessing support. The foundation of my practice is providing a secure, accepting environment where you may be completely yourself. I consider myself to be warm, genuine, and most importantly, human.

Accessing counselling might be a way for us to reach out for help when we're feeling overwhelmed, down or stuck. Addressing the aspects of life that bring us pain may seem daunting, but I will work to support you at your own pace, and the length of our sessions may be flexible.

I have worked with a variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, stress, bereavement, low self-esteem, and relationship problems.

We will have a chance to meet and talk about your needs for accessing counselling in Session one, in order to determine the best course of action in supporting you moving forward.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.
