Charlotte is somehow magically asking the right questions, and she does it with striking precision as to in what exact moment to do that. She leads the conversation in a calm manner, asking a lot of questions and pointing me in the direction of speculation on the topics I have somehow avoided so far. She gives off a confident vibe and is able to read me well, which helps with the communication.

More about Charlotte

I am credentialed in the UK with 4 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, lgbtq+ related issues, relationship issues, & trauma and abuse. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey.

I myself have had personal struggles, when I accepted that I needed help which does take courage, therapy helped me find "ME" again.

I now feel privileged myself in helping and supporting clients in difficult times.

For several years I have worked with many individuals who were experiencing many challenges that life can throw at us all, these have included sexuality, anxiety, stress, depression, addictions and relational issues (Partners, family, friends, work)

My main focus is to ensure that you feel comfortable and at ease with our work together.

I am passionate about my work, I have had clients return to therapy with me, which has highlighted my "Down to Earth" approach.

For therapy to be effective, I feel that my client should, and always feel at ease within our sessions,

I am a fully registered member of BACP, I adhere to all values, principles, and personal moral qualities that are required.

This ensures my work is to an ethical, safe and professional standard, which is essential within my profession.

I truly believe being a therapist is not doing something for my clients, but actually being someone for my clients.

Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.

Charlotte has listened to me and my needs and shown a huge interest in helping me. She often messaged just to check in and it really helps me feel ‘seen’ and ‘heard’. I’ve only been a BetterHelp member for a few weeks but hope to continue in the future due to Charlotte’s support. Thank you.

An extremely professional and kind therapist that does not only guide you in terms of your concerns but also takes interest in you as an individual. This makes the process go a lot more smoothly, especially if you have never been to therapy before. She shows passion and energy even through the screen and manages to catch the emotions you express quite accurately. As I have never been to therapy before, I can say that my first experience was extremely helpful and Charlotte was the reason for that!
