Our first session was extremely insightful and helpful! Looking forward to working together again!

At the beginning of our session, Swiyah sat and just listened to me rant. After a while I got a little worried that maybe she wasn't interested, but just as that happened she hit me with a few questions that nailed my issue dead on its head. Not only can she listen well, but she seems to think it all the way through before responding and then going directly to the heart of the matter. The issue I showed up to therapy for was mostly resolved in one session. Now, my needs in this case were not so very complex, it was work-related, but I'll be coming back to see her for more in-depth and deeper stuff because I feel like I can trust her now. Wonderful lady, very down to earth and real.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.
