I am an Accredited Social Worker & Counsellor with over 6 years experience working as a Trauma Informed Counsellor, Family Practitioner and Somatic Coach.

I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, alcohol and drug use, stress, intimacy related issues, parenting problems, career challenges, abuse and trauma and self esteem.

I am also trained in Breathwork, Meditation & Nervous System Support to also support you in creating a life where you feel regulated, secure, present, happier, calm and connected to your body and those around you.
