I’m a fully qualified integrative counsellor and psychotherapist, I am credentialed in the UK with 3 years of professional work experience. I offer short and long term counselling and psychotherapy to adults and young people.

Making that first step to ask for support can feel overwhelming. You may be wondering if talking to a therapist can really make a difference, in my experience, it truly can.

People come to counselling and psychotherapy for a wide variety of reasons. Whether it’s because of feeling stuck, relationship difficulties, depression, anxiety, stress, anger, parenting concerns, loss and change, bereavement, a life crisis, low self-esteem, or personal development.

Whatever the reasons, I firmly believe that a therapeutic relationship can help to navigate these more challenging times. It provides a space to gain new insights and a deeper self-understanding, which can transform how you see yourself, enrich your life, and deepen your connections with others. Working at a pace that feels right for you, I offer a non-judgemental and supportive space for you to talk through what’s on your mind.

In addition to my private practice, I work as a school counsellor and work with an agency that supports children and young adults.  I have previously worked in a role dedicated to supporting victims of domestic violence, as well as a diverse range of clients facing challenges including trauma, stress, anxiety, ADHD, depression, low moods, feeling stuck, attachment issues, identity issues, low self esteem, relationship issues, PTSD, loss, bereavement, anticipatory grief, and limerence.

It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.
