Life can be hard and sometimes we need a bit of support. Hello! My name is Audra, and I appreciate you considering sharing your health journey with me. I graduated from the University of Denver with a Master of Social Work and hold my LCSW in Texas. I have 7 years of professional work experience and over 22 years of experience raising and homeschooling my family. I specialize in working with clients who present with issues of stress, anxiety, family conflicts, parenting concerns, trauma, abuse, depression, communication/relationship problems, and individuals dealing with life changes/stressors. I also have an extensive history working with families and victims of sexual abuse.
God has given me the gift of being able to connect with the clients and families I work with. Through this connection, I can help you determine the path you want your treatment to take. You are the expert on what you need to be successful and balanced. My role as your therapist is to work with you to build the skills to succeed in reaching the treatment goals you set. It takes strength to seek change and courage to open yourself up, I'm excited to be part of your journey.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.
Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.
