I'm Isobel and I'm an accredited relationship therapist with many years of professional experience. You can come to me with your relationship issues.

I trained with Relate and continued my studies to go on to specialise in communication, connection and relational systems.

Live sessions and messaging are a great way to explore relationship issues, getting to the heart of what feels difficult and prioritising what it is you need to say. I mostly offer Live Chat sessions but will always be flexible if you’d feel more comfortable with video or phone.

I offer daytime sessions for Betterhelp and will always try to fit you in for an extra session if I can, so if you have problems with a time that works for you - do say.

When it comes to messaging, I usually read messaged queries and responses first thing in the morning and will come back to you as soon as I can.

With a wide range of experience of helping clients within a variety of situations. My practice includes support for; relationship issues, family conflicts and relational struggles. I am here to help you work through what feels most troubling, along with all the other parts.

Reaching out when things feel confusing can be tough. Get in touch and we can take things at a pace that works for you.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.
