I am a BACP accredited counsellor and psychotherapist based in London. Since I started my training I have worked closely with problems around loss. This could be of a loved one, a job, a relationship or something else irreplaceable.
I also have experience in working with other issues, including:
Depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, loneliness, death anxiety, feeling stuck, communication issues, identity, obsessions, miscarriage.
During the last years I have provided therapy and support in different settings, such as my private practice, employees assistant programs, health care providers, the charity sector and schools.
I also have experience of the challenges faced by people arriving in the UK for the first time, and how this can trigger a sense of alienation and loss of family and friends
My working approach is integrative with a person person centre model at the core of my practice. In plain language, integrative counselling is the idea that no one model fits all. As an integrative counsellor I believe that no single approach can serve each client in all situations because each person is unique. In my work I always strive to adapt to the client’s needs and expectations as much as possible. I think there are many ways in which human experience can be explored and understood and perhaps no theory alone holds all the answers. To some extent, working with a specific model beforehand means fitting the client into the model rather than the model to the client.
I am bilingual and can offer sessions in English and Spanish.
Apart from my training as a counsellor I have a degree in Fine Arts and this influences my work.
I believe that creativity and the use of the imagination are ideal channels for reconnecting with our unconscious side and that this can help us to bring more parts of ourselves to our awareness. At times, rediscovering new parts of ourselves is the first step towards change.
Whatever your concerns are, I will offer you a safe and non- judgemental space so that we explore them at length, at your pace, and find ways to move forward.
Working with men
Many men don’t like to seek help due to dominant masculine values of stoicism, independence and self-control. It also can be related to feelings of shame about the concerns that are bothering them or being seeing as weak.
If you are a man and this resonates with you, I am glad that you have reached out to talk to someone and open up about whatever is troubling you. 'To get somewhere new, you must first decide that you are tired of being where you are'.
My education and Training:
Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling
Level 4 Advanced CBT Diploma Course
Certification Program in Advanced Trauma, PTSD and Dissociation

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.
