Charlotte (she/her) is an accomplished, experienced and dedicated Counsellor, with around 15 years experience of working with adults and young people having held roles in many settings such as in schools, health centres, MIND and also her own private practice. She works with the human condition and the core of what makes us human, and as such works with a broad range of presenting issues, from anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship or work distress, low mood or numbness. Her core approach is humanistic also known as person-centred, although she will use different technique or draw on different methodologies that are right for you - it is all led by you and what feels right, including how and when you want to connect for therapy. Charlotte helps clients use their own resources and find their strengths by supporting them with complete respect and unconditional positive regard being a reliable compassionate partner to work through issues, solve problems, build self awareness and self trust. There are always things running underneath and once we realise what is really going on we can free ourselves, break patterns and grow.

She works with her heart and guts, with a gentle easy going nature.

She is perceptive, compassionate and trusting of her clients and why they have made the decisions they have.  She will work at your pace to create a trusting relationship and a safe space, without fear or judgement, whether that be only for a short time or for longer therapy - whatever unfolds.

Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.
