From the start my therapist was actively listening and providing advice when needed. And he checks up On me through out the week. Seems like he has super powers because soon as I am feeling down I get a message asking how I’m doing today and that means more than anything.
Johnny Jefferson is awesome I felt comfortable with him instantly. He really listens to what I have to say and gives me ways to work on the problems I face. I couldn't ask for a better therapist.
IDK he was a God send to me even though we've only been able to actually meet once he has sent multiple messages checking on me... At a time I didn't think much of anyone cared! Like I said... Must be a God thing because so far he has been exactly what I needed when I needed it! And I can't wait for our next actual meeting
